April 21, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Ryder System, Inc. (NYSE: R) said that The Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA) has selected it to manage the airframer’s freight bill payment and audit process. Under a five-year contract, Ryder will provide Boeing with payment and audit services for roughly 2.3 million annual freight bills.

Ryder said it has provided Boeing with a customized transportation management solution since 2007.
