OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA, UNITED STATES, September 22, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Oklahoma Libertarian Party issued the following resolution opposing medical tyranny:

WHEREAS state and local governments used the COVID-19 pandemic to force shutdowns and mandates that destroyed businesses all over Oklahoma, and

WHEREAS these mandates have shown no measurable benefit in slowing the spread of the virus, and

WHEREAS individuals have the ability to choose from multiple effective preventative measures and treatments for COVID-19, and

WHEREAS many healthcare facilities are already understaffed and forcing out healthcare workers will only reduce beds even further during a rise in hospitalizations, and

WHEREAS individuals have absolute bodily autonomy not subject to force by any government authority, now therefore

BE IT RESOLVED that the Libertarian Party of Oklahoma condemns all mask mandates, all vaccine mandates, all lockdowns, and all limitations on individuals’ freedom of movement or bodily autonomy imposed by any federal, state, local, or municipal government.
