Teen arrested, second suspect sought in armed robbery and shooting in Northeast D.C.
D.C. police on Saturday arrested and charged a 16-year-old boy from Virginia with armed robbery and assault with a gun, and they are searching for a second perpetratorcaught on surveillance camera, police said.
