Over the course of two hours on Wednesday morning in San Francisco County Superior Court, Department 17, Judge Marjorie Carter continued trial dates for five separate cases over the objection of the defense lawyers. According to the judge, approximately 300 cases are currently awaiting a trial court in San Francisco.
