​Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that a reclamation project is planned next week on Route 4023 (Addison Road) in Elkland Borough, Tioga County.

On Thursday, May 20, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will be performing work on Addison Road between Route 49 and the New York state line. Motorists can expect single lane conditions with flagging.

Motorists should be alert, expect travel delays, watch for lane changes, slow down, and drive with caution. Work on this project is weather permitting.

Work on this project will be in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health guidance as well as a project-specific COVID-19 safety plan, which will include protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and job-site cleaning protocols, management of entries to the jobsite, and relevant training.
