Route 73 (Church Road) Lane Closure for Utility Improvement in Montgomery County
King of Prussia, PA – Route 73 (Church Road) motorists will encounter a weekday lane closure with flagging between Rices Mill Road and Greenwood Avenue in Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County, on Monday, April 19, and Tuesday, April 20, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
Work on this operation will be in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health guidance as well as a project-specific COVID-19 safety plan, which will include protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and job-site cleaning protocols, management of entries to the jobsite, special signage and relevant training.
