Route 611 (Easton Road) Weekday Lane Closure to Begin Next Week for Bridge Repair in Plumstead Township

​King of Prussia, PA – A right lane closure is scheduled on Route 611 (Easton Road) in both directions between Sawmill Road and the Ferry Road overpass in Plumstead Township, Bucks County, beginning Tuesday, March 9, for bridge concrete pier repairs, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. The lane closure will be in place weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM through the end of April.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.

Work on this operation will be in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health guidance as well as a project-specific COVID-19 safety plan, which will include protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and job-site cleaning protocols, management of entries to the jobsite, special signage and relevant training.
