11:00 AM Update: Route 15 northbound in Liberty Township, Tioga County is open.

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that both lanes of Route 15 northbound are closed at mile marker 162 (Milk Plant Road) in Liberty Township, Tioga County for a jackknifed tractor trailer.

Motorists will be detoured from Route 15 northbound at the Buttonwood Exit in Jackson Township, Lycoming County and will use Route 1009 (Blockhouse Road) to the Sebring Entrance ramp where they will be directed back onto Route 15 northbound.

Motorists can expect delays in travel.

Work on this project will be in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health guidance as well as a project-specific COVID-19 safety plan, which will include protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and job-site cleaning protocols, management of entries to the jobsite, and relevant training.
