The Rule, which was adopted on Tuesday, provides for three hours of debate, with two hours equally divided and controlled by the Chair and Ranking Member of the Committee on the Budget, and one hour, on the subject of economic goals and policies, equally divided and controlled by Representatives Beyer of Virginia and Schweikert of Arizona or their respective designees.
