(Subscription required) Since the state high court directed the bar to create the provisional licensure program to help law graduates facing challenges due to the pandemic to practice under supervision until June 1, 2022 without passing the exam, multiple groups have called for the program to apply to anyone who achieved the new, lower passing score of 1,390 as far back as July 2015.
