BALTIMORE – SPECIAL NOTICE: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the March 24, 2020 meeting of the State Board of Education will be conducted entirely via teleconference and there will be no public access to the Nancy S. Grasmick State Education Building, 200 West Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. The meeting will begin at 11 a.m.
State Board members and presenters will participate via conference call. Members of the public will be able to hear the audio of the meeting in real time via live stream and access the meeting materials at:

Agenda items have been condensed to include only those items that require State Board action at this time. The public comment portion of the meeting will not take place. However, the State Board encourages the public to submit their comments in writing to stateboard.msde@maryland.gov and this information will be distributed to State Board members.
