King County massage therapist suspended on allegations of inappropriate touching

OLYMPIA -- State health officials immediately suspended King County massage therapist Shawn C. Husmann (MA.60374127) pending further legal action.

Charges state between March and November 2019, Husmann touched two clients inappropriately while providing massage treatment, and engaged in improper draping. Husmann was criminally charged with indecent liberties, a class B felony sex offense.

Husmann cannot practice massage in Washington until the charges are resolved. He has 20 days to request a hearing to contest the charges and the suspension.
