WILLMAR, Minn. – (Noon) Highway 23 is closed due to a crash near Hawick. The roadway is closed for approximately one mile between Kandiyohi County Road 2 north and Kandiyohi County Road 2 south.

Traffic is being detoured on 225th Avenue until further notice.
