Neoleukin Therapeutics Announces Proposed Public Offering

SEATTLE, July 01, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Neoleukin Therapeutics, Inc. (“Neoleukin”) (Nasdaq:NLTX), a biopharmaceutical company utilizing sophisticated computational methods to design de novo protein therapeutics, today announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, up to 5.0 million shares of its common stock and, in lieu of common stock, to offer and sell to certain investors pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.  Neoleukin expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock. All of the securities are being offered by Neoleukin. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
