PUCO schedules local public hearing for Carroll Township Treatment Services distribution rate case
COLUMBUS, OHIO (Jan. 23, 2020) – The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) today scheduled a local public hearing to provide customers the chance to express their views on Carroll Township Treatment Services’ (CTTS) application to increase its rates for sewage disposal. The local public hearing is scheduled as follows:
Feb. 12, 2020, 6 p.m. Carroll Township Service Complex 11080 West Toussaint East Road Oak Harbor, Ohio 43449
Those who testify at the local public hearing will have their comments added to the case record.
Customers may also submit comments online at www.PUCO.ohio.gov or by mail addressed to 180 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43215. Comments should include the case number 18-889-ST-AIR.
An evidentiary hearing will be held on Feb. 24, 2020, at 10 a.m. at the PUCO offices in Columbus.
