(NYSE: AHH) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.54844 per share on its 6.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock payable on October 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on October 1, 2019. This first dividend on the Series A preferred stock will be a pro rata dividend from, and including, the original issue date to, and including, October 14, 2019.
