Ann Farrell of Quantum Endeavors to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

WINFIELD, ILLINOIS, UNITED STATES, May 20, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ -- How do you build an organizational culture that's built on care, where people are engaged and feel empowered knowing their leaders care about them and their success and not just a means to an end? Great leaders know that follow-ship requires ensuring people know they care about them. Cultures that prioritize Care for Self and Care for Colleagues understand that gain great Care for Customers is a result!

Ann Farrell is the founder of Quantum Endeavors, an executive and leadership coaching and development firm dedicated to supporting individuals, organizations and the coaches who serve them to step up and into their great lives and careers.

“Quantum means sudden and significant,” says Farrell. “That's exactly the impact of my work. Immediate shifts can happen when we focus and work on what is most significant in our lives.”

Farrell’s InPowered® Leadership and Quantum Care programs start with “in-powering” people to step up into their full potential. Farrell’s engagements are typically partnerships with organizations in support of their commitment to the continued development and elevation of their talent, either one person at a time through coaching or full cohorts or teams through leadership development for quantum shifts to “happy, healthy, high performing” for greater engagements and results.

“Creating a coaching culture is a key to organizational success,” says Farrell. “So I'm passionate about the quality and impact of coaching in organizations and have created approaches and programs with 12 years of proven results based on what really works in organizations by leveraging both my extensive personal experience and extensive coach training in best practices. The powerful results inspire organizations to invest more.”

Prior to establishing Quantum Endeavors, Farrell worked in corporate for 30 years at truck manufacturer Navistar, where she remains the only woman to rise from entry-level to the top of the house in the firm’s 160-year history.

“I started my career at 19, so I was still fairly young when I hit my 30-year mark,” recalls Farrell. “I knew I wanted to be home for my son more, who was 10 years old at the time. As scary as it was to walk away from my executive salary and start something from scratch so I could spend more time with him, I'm grateful for the courage to not just tell my son he is number one in my life.”

That courage has served Farrell well as she motivates and inspires others to create their own quantum endeavors – living their great lives doing their great work honoring their values and serving their passions.

“The reason my clients trust me is they know I don't ask them to do anything I wasn't willing to do myself,” says Farrell. “We're all a work-in-process. Quantum Endeavors has been around for 12 years, and I am still constantly doing my own work learning and pushing myself outside of my comfort zone, no less than I support my clients to do.”

CUTV News Radio will feature Ann Farrell in an interview with Doug Llewelyn on May 22nd at 12pm EDT and with Jim Masters on May 29th at 12pm EDT.
