Speaking to an audience of 10000 leaders , Dr Jawahar warned the parents and teachers to update themselves or fail to deal with Generation Z .
In a one hour long speech heard with rapt attention by the humungous audience , he spoke of the way the children of tomorrow will not hesitate to ask questions, take decisions on their own and how they would respond to the current system of education and life . He gave an example of how he hears of young children refusing to go to religious places with their parents across the world unlike our generation because of the simple fact that parents are not able to explain to them logically on why they should go to the temple , church or mosque . He also enumerated the difference that will come in the shape of careers , education , family in future and how we in the current pace of life will find ourselves left behind in our understanding of Gen Next .
After his speech of one hour there were a plethora of questions from the inquisitive Education leaders on the aspects they should focus on for the readiness to deal with Gen Z . Incidentally this is the 1432nd seminar of Dr Jawahar worldwide .
