Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. Announces Declaration of its Quarterly Cash Dividend

SALEM, Ind., April 24, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:MSVB), the holding company for Mid-Southern Savings Bank, FSB (“Bank”), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share on the Company’s outstanding common stock.  The cash dividend will be payable on June 3, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 17, 2019.

Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. is the parent of Mid-Southern Savings Bank, FSB.
