As the former Chief Operating Officer for Global Technology and Operations at Blackrock, Dallmer expanded the company’s move towards digital and operationalized platform technology within a diverse portfolio for client service, investment operations, and data services. She previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for European Markets at NYSE Euronext, where she spent over a decade driving revenue growth through tech-enabled solutions for clients and scaling technology as the company became a leading provider in financial services.
