Mr. Lord has more than 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has been a valued member of the Associa team since 2015 and has worked in a variety of capacities including vice president of operations and senior vice president of operations. As the new branch president, Mr. Lord will lead the British Columbia market operations and be responsible for overall strata and property management growth and development of Associa’s Surrey, Vancouver, and Kelowna branch offices.

Mr. Lord graduated from Miami (Ohio) University with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation and RI designation as a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. In 2018, he received the Industry Leader of the Year award at the Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA) 3rd Annual Industry Awards.
