Global leader in printing industry selects OPTIWARE OEE

ATLANTA, GA, UNITED STATES, February 11, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The investment is a part of Flint Group’s global strategy to optimize production performance in the global manufacturing organization. Initially, Flint Group has purchased the OPTIWARE OEE system for their 3 Flexible Packaging factories in UK, Italy and France – with the potential to roll out to multiple other factories around the world.

The agreement included OPTIWAREs production monitoring solution AXXOS OEE including real-time visualization of production data and analytics tools. Implementation will start in January 2019, and should be completed by the end of May 2019.

With prior experience from following up production with OEE systems and using basic BI analytical tools, Flint Group had a clear picture of the requirements of a new common OEE system for the group: flexibility and ability for a European and potentially global implementation, well developed BI tools and a supplier with global presence.
