Dean Dussias Joins Virtas Partners as Managing Director
CHICAGO, Jan. 11, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dean Dussias has joined Virtas Partners as Managing Director. Virtas Partners is an advisory firm helping clients successfully navigate key transitions, including corporate restructurings, IPOs, capital placements and carve-outs.

Dussias joins Virtas from Arete General Management where he was a principal focused on delivering value for clients through improved execution, growth, capital raising and sharper strategic focus.
Previously, Dussias served in senior leadership roles as COO of Magnetar Investment Management, an alternative investment advisor that was owned by Magnetar Capital; CEO of Exxceed, a human capital management and software-as-a service provider; CFO and COO of software provider NumeriX, and Vice President and General Manager of Cartographic and Information Services and Business-to-Business Sales at Rand McNally & Company.
