Costco Wholesale Corporation Reports December Sales Results

ISSAQUAH, Wash., Jan. 09, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Costco Wholesale Corporation (“Costco” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: COST) today reported net sales of $15.42 billion for the retail month of December, the five weeks ended January 6, 2019, an increase of 7.8 percent from $14.30 billion last year.

For the 18 weeks ended January 6, 2019, the Company reported net sales of $52.99 billion, an increase of 9.5 percent from $48.39 billion during the similar period last year.
