From the Champagne Menu guests can indulge in Scallop Ceviche with Cauliflower Cous Cous and Lemon Basil, a sensational slow cooked Salmon Slow accompanied by Potato Mousseline and Avruga Pearls, a delightful Lobster Linguine served with Lobster Oil, Garlic, Konbu, Chives, and a sublime Vanilla Panna Cotta creatively served with Candied Tomatoes and Lemon Basil Ice Cream.
