The will is expressed in a message addressed to President João Lourenço, delivered in Luanda by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Communities of São Tomé and Príncipe, Elsa Pinto.

According to the special envoy, Sao Tome and Principe is open to start a new cycle of cooperation with Angola.

Elsa Pinto considered Angola as a fundamental partner for the development and consolidation of democracy in Sao Tome and Principe.

The Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe, is a Portuguese speaking island nation located in the Gulf of Guinea and has 192,000 inhabitants.
