Agile Stacks Announces Availability of SaaS Contracts through AWS Marketplace

AWS customers can speed up software delivery by using Agile Stacks DevOps automation for cloud infrastructure and machine learning and taking advantage of one-click Amazon EKS deployment for Kubernetes environments

San Mateo, Calif. , Dec. 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Agile Stacks, provider of a leading DevOps automation platform for cloud infrastructure and machine learning (ML), today announced availability of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Contracts through Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace. As a result, AWS customers can easily discover, subscribe to, and even prepay for Agile Stacks through AWS Marketplace.

The automated and accelerated purchasing process for Agile Stacks via AWS Marketplace ensures fast time-to-value for customers leveraging Agile Stacks solutions to accelerate their software delivery and ML with composable, automated stacks. AWS Marketplace streamlines customer adoption of technology, such as Agile Stacks, via a self-service registration and integration with their AWS accounts, for which terms already have been established. AWS Marketplace SaaS Contracts further simplifies the process by enabling customers to prepay for Agile Stacks based on their expected usage levels through contracts up to one year in length. The Agile Stacks cost is integrated into customers’ AWS bills once they subscribe, resulting in consolidated, easy-to-process invoices.

In conjunction with availability on AWS Marketplace, Agile Stacks also announced support for Amazon Elastic Container Service for Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) and the release of its new Agile Stacks Machine Learning Stack. The entire Agile Stacks DevOps automation platform, one-click Amazon EKS deployment functionality, and Agile Stacks Machine Learning Stack are all available today.

One-Click Deployment of Amazon EKS Clusters
Agile Stacks’ support for one-click deployment of Amazon EKS clusters means AWS customers that want to implement Kubernetes can deploy and scale applications to Amazon EKS and take advantage of additional AWS services. These include Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS), AWS Identity and Access Management (AWS IAM), Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), Amazon Elastic File System (Amazon EFS), and Amazon DynamoDB, to name a few.

Agile Stacks continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines greatly simplify the deployment of applications to Amazon EKS by using a Git for operations (GitOps) approach. Developers can push automation scripts and application code to a Git repository and then rely on DevOps automation to perform Kubernetes cluster provisioning, code builds, automated testing, deployment, monitoring, scaling, upgrades, and other operations.

Automated Machine-Learning Stacks
Best-of-breed machine-learning software now can be deployed using Agile Stacks on AWS, making it easier than ever to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into existing applications. The new Agile Stacks Machine Learning Stack provides agility by significantly simplifying the process of deploying ML and getting into production. The stack incorporates open, standard software projects for ML, including Kubeflow, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, among others. These projects are tightly integrated with infrastructure services for distributed training, monitoring, data management, and simulation. Additionally, the Agile Stacks Machine Learning Stack delivers self-service capabilities to deploy standardized, ML environments using an infrastructure-as-code approach.

“Agile Stacks’ platform is a leading offering for DevOps automation, which developers and data scientists depend on to implement robust, adaptable cloud stacks for their application needs,” said Garth Fort, Director, AWS Marketplace, Amazon Web Services, Inc. “Our customers want easy-to-use software like Agile Stacks that is available for immediate purchase and deployment on AWS Marketplace. This new relationship demonstrates our joint focus on offering low-friction DevOps tools that help customers to innovate faster by using automation to achieve performance and scale.“

“As an AI-driven digital advertising network, Zeeto needs a modern CI/CD pipeline to deploy new machine learning models and platform features into production. That’s why we turned to Agile Stacks and AWS,” said Matt Ferguson, Zeeto CTO. “By adopting Agile Stacks on AWS, our DevOps team has been able to completely automate our software delivery process using an infrastructure-as-code approach. This has allowed us to meet the critical requirements we face in ensuring highly scalable and reliable deployments while continuing to innovate in a fast-paced, agile environment.”

“AWS is the cloud provider of choice for so many enterprises. Now with our move to AWS Marketplace, Agile Stacks is bringing next-generation cloud automation that empowers customers to drive efficiency, scale, and speed of deployments across their entire infrastructure,” said Igor Mameshin, CTO of Agile Stacks, Inc. “Additionally, we are seeing organizations increasingly seek to take advantage of Kubernetes and machine learning. We’re excited to offer Agile Stacks customers unprecedented speed of deployment and choice of best-in-class software toolkits that can be deployed on Amazon EKS.”
