NEW YORK, Nov. 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired GreenSky, Inc. (NASDAQ: GSKY) shares pursuant to and/or traceable to GreenSky’s Initial Public Offering (“IPO) on or about May 24, 2018. The complaint alleges that defendants made false and misleading statements and omissions in the offering documents about the revenue effects of the change in the classes of merchants for whom it facilitated loans.
