Celebrated producer, engineer, songwriter, and musician Alan Parsons will be featured as the keynote speaker at Parsons Audio Expo 2018.
Alan Parsons is a prolific recording engineer and producer, boasting an impressive 11 Grammy nominations as well as winning multiple other awards such as The Les Paul Award. Alan began his career at Abbey Road studios, working with The Beatles on Abbey Road and Let It Be. His broad range of subsequent work includes engineering Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon, producing a string of hits with Pilot, Al Stewart, The Hollies and Ambrosia, and recording multiple platinum albums under his own name as the Alan Parsons Project, many of which were nominated for Grammys in the Best Engineered Album category between 1973 and 2007. Alan is also an educator, co-writing the award-winning Art & Science Of Sound Recording video series and book. Alan’s recording workshops are exclusive events that invariably sell out.
