RAMP is a $192 million multiple-award IDIQ contract that develops, prototypes, evaluates, and provides worldwide technical and field support of advanced Research and Development (R&D) and specialized sensors for Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) and other agencies.
