Gran Colombia Gold Confirms Its 2024 Warrants Will Be Listed for Trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange as of September 6, 2018

TORONTO, Sept. 04, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gran Colombia Gold Corp. (TSX: GCM) announced today that the warrants issued in connection with the Units offering completed by the Company on April 30, 2018 (the ”2024 Warrants”) are to be listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on September 6, 2018. The 2024 Warrants, of which there are currently 12,151,008 issued and outstanding, will be listed under the trading symbol GCM.WT.B. Each 2024 Warrant has an exercise price of CA$2.21 per 2024 Warrant and will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Company at any time prior to expiry on April 30, 2024.

The Company is also currently engaged in a process seeking approval for the listing and trading of the 8.25% Senior Secured Gold-Linked Notes due 2014 (the “Gold Notes”). While the Company is taking all commercially reasonable steps possible, there can be no assurance at this time that the listing of the Gold Notes will be completed.
