Prior to joining Cotton Creek Capital, Mr. Cram was an Investment Bank Analyst in the Aerospace, Defense and Government Services Group at Harris Williams & Co., a middle-market advisory and financial services firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. During his tenure with Harris Williams & Co., Mr. Cram focused on the sale side of various transactions across the aerospace, defense and government services sector. 

Mr. Cram earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Accounting at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia and his Masters in Accounting from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
