Everi and Intelligent Gaming Systems Enter Into Reseller Agreement to Address U.K. Market

/EIN News/ -- LAS VEGAS, Aug. 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everi Holdings Inc. (NYSE: EVRI) (“Everi or the “Company”), the casino gaming industry’s single source provider of gaming products and financial technology solutions, through its subsidiaries Everi Payments Inc., and Global Cash Access (UK), Limited Inc. (“Everi UK”) has entered into a services representative agreement with Intelligent Gaming Systems Limited (“Intelligent Gaming”). The agreement enables Intelligent Gaming to resell Everi UK’s cash access products as well as provide first line support and service to customers in the U.K. market. The agreement is effective Aug. 1, 2018.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant software provides players a simple interface to begin their cash advance transactions right on the gaming floor while cashiers are provided with a single, easy-to-use dashboard that streamlines the retrieval of cash advance transactions.

As part of the agreement, Intelligent Gaming will provide local 24-hour help desk services and first level support while Everi will maintain on-site technical and second level support. Issue tracking and management has been integrated into Intelligent Gaming’s current system services organization.
