Chris provides an integral role in the Corporate Section and has gained a wide breadth of experience working with the firm’s corporate and litigation clients.

Chris began his legal career in 2008 after graduating summa cum laude from Texas Wesleyan School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor and Staff Member for Texas Wesleyan Law Review. His practice focuses on representing clients in corporate and complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He brings new ideas in the practice areas of corporate transactions, partnership and LLC formations and mergers and acquisitions. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri in 2001.
