Caxito, ANGOLA, June 27 - National Police in northern Bengo province presented Tuesday in Caxito a citizen allegedly accused of siphoning off about AKz 15 million from 25 people. ,

Speaking to the press, the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC)'s spokesman in Bengo, Peterson Cassule, said that the arrested was identified as Doctor Willian.

According to him,  the accused allegedly lured the victims into securing scholarship abroad in exchange for money.

He added that the accused was also found in possession of different document bearing two different names, - William Zulu Panguila and Cristiano Chaka Panguila.

The accused who had been operating in this practice since December 2017 has confirmed to have received this amount from many people.

He said that he acted as facilitator of the scam in Angola due to the facility in communicating in several languages.

In addition to William, SIC in Bengo presented six other citizens accused of various crimes, as part of  operation conducted over the last seven days.
