Transformation Coach Carlita Randall to be Featured on CUTV News Radio

GASTONIA, NORTH CAROLINA, UNITED STATES, June 27, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- To be a hardworking mom is to be two people at once.

If you’re a hardworking mom, you probably already have what it takes to be a great coach.

Carlita Randall is a hardworking mom and a coach specializing in helping hardworking moms just like her.

“When you're a working mom it's hard to find success,” says Carlita. “I had to learn that on my own. I'm still going through that transformation. I walk with my clients on this journey, I cry with them on this journey, and I remind them that we're moms for a reason, that we can do it, and I empower them to reach for success.”

Carlita says many of her clients are stagnant. They're in a place where they're struggling with their careers; they're not sure where they want to be in their career or they want a change in career. They may also be struggling in relationships, coming out of relationships or divorce.

“You've got to have a healthy support system in this process,” says Carlita. “There are lives in my hand every day. I am impacting their life one way or another. That's what I teach my kids. When I leave every day, they know mom's going to go help someone else feel better today. And that's what I instill in them, because it's so important to give back and help someone else reach their potential. And that's my goal, to help as many women be empowered, be rejuvenated, to realize that if they just take these steps, they can achieve their goals and be successful.”

Carlita had been a licensed counselor for 15 years when she decided to make the transition to coaching.

“I love counseling, but I wanted to do something that would allow me to be more empowering for women and allow me to have more freedom,” says Carlita. “I love to see people reaching their goals of success and that sense of accomplishment, but I also love my family. My family is my life. They're my drive, my energy. They're the reason I get up and go. Coaching offers me that balance so I can be home for my family more, but also continue doing something that I love.”

Today is a fresh start. It’s you deciding today that you are going to make a change.

“I don't want to just empower you for today. I want to empower you for your future.”

CUTV News Radio will feature Carlita Randall in an interview with Jim Masters on June 29th at 2pm EDT.
