She brings a diverse background of senior leadership roles as a successful entrepreneur, multi-national senior executive and industry leader. Croitoru is a strong strategic thinker, clear communicator and skilled consensus builder. She excels at bringing senior executives together with different perspectives, to drive solutions. She presently sits on several boards, including the Ministerial Advisory Board (Federal Minister of Health) for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, the Ontario Telemedicine Network and the Desmoid Tumour Foundation of Canada.
