Scuba.com makes contributions to the 2018 Catalina Island Conservancy Ball to help raise funds for wildlife preservation efforts

IRVINE, CA, USA, April 16, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Over the past 22 years, the Catalina Island Conservancy has worked alongside partners and sponsors to protect and preserve the extraordinary land. With the support of over 3,500 dedicated members, the Conservancy helps save animals species on the verge of extinction, protects and restores endangered vegetation, and maintains the unique habitat.

The Catalina Island Conservancy hosts an annual ball where they celebrate their accomplishments and endeavors in maintaining the ecological health of the island. The event is composed of great food, a festive atmosphere, dancing, celebrating, silent auctions, and the opportunity to mingle with other Ball sponsors. The funds raised by Conservancy Ball are used to progress education, conservation, and recreation programming so that Catalina can be preserved for future generations.
