More Than 30 Premier Organizations Announce New Products at Advanced Design and Manufacturing Cleveland 2018

Ohio’s Only Comprehensive Design and Manufacturing Industry Event Will Feature Over 150 Exhibitors This Year

SANTA MONICA, Calif., March 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Advanced Design and Manufacturing (ADM) Cleveland, Ohio’s only comprehensive design and manufacturing event, today announced it will host more than 30 exhibitors debuting new products and services at this year’s event. ADM Cleveland takes place March 7 - 8, 2018 at the Huntington Convention Center and expects more than 2,600 design and manufacturing professionals in attendance. Below is a preview of products and services to be announced at ADM Cleveland 2018:

Adaptive (Booth 510) will demonstrate the Mark Two, a Markforged carbon fiber 3D printer which produces industrial strength ready-to-use parts, and displaying samples from the new Metal X printer. Adaptive is also demonstrating Creaform’s Handyscan 3D Scanner that supports reverse engineering, inspection applications and generates 3D images instantly.

Altech Corp® (Booth 608) introduces industry ‘First’ UL 489 Ground Fault Equipment Protector to help prevent costly production shutdowns due to AC and DC pulsating ground faults, as well as overloads and short circuits. There are three series of devices delivering multiple capabilities and promoting protection of equipment whenever ground faults occur.

Andersen Products (Booth 826) introduces the Anprolene 75 series of tabletop room temperature sterilizers. The AN75 sterilizers have been upgraded to include a digital touch screen interface, non-permeable flexible chamber, new ETO cartridges for ease of use and additional safety features to make the best in low temperature sterilization even better.

ASG (Booth 418) will be showcasing the AX-20 fixed table system for automated solutions. This system features: the ASG X-PAQTM system with Ethernet IP module, a TM Robotics SCARA 650 robot, 2 HMIs, and a newly developed process verification system. This system not only automates assembly but increases productivity, quality, and safety, while reducing costs.

ATEQ (Booth 621) will be displaying a new demonstration game at its ADM booth. Five smartphones will be connected to a custom testing fixture which is connected to the Hydra 4-Channel Leak Tester and the contestants must guess and test the phone they believe is air-tight for a chance to win!

Bezlio (Booth 431), a SaaS data integration platform that connects any cloud and on-premises data sources, is announcing a new integration that allows customers to connect their Amazon store to their ERP and automate the order entry process and manage product inventory.

Boundary Systems (Booth 635) will showcase the best end-to-end solution for growing your after-sales service business, Service Lifecycle Management. An expert team of engineers will be able to answer any questions you have about light weighting for designers, as well as CAD, CAM, CAE and Product Lifecycle Management solutions.

Curtis Industries/Tri-Mag (Booth 811) is introducing a Level VI Medical External Desktop Power Supply, L6R300DM, at 300W with output voltages of +12V to +48V. The L6R300DM meets all required medical safety requirements. Corded output connection is offered, and the Means of Protection is 2XMOPP. The unit offers a two-year warranty.

Diversified Plastics Inc. (Booth 725) has announced it has enlarged its environmentally-controlled molding and packaging room by 2,775 square feet. There is also a new 250-ton molding machine that accommodates existing molds and increases capacity and flexibility in scheduling. Less stringent than a clean room, controlled environments are a more cost effective clean environment.

Bio-compatible to ISO-10993-5 for medical applications, its 1:1 mix ratio is readily dispensed through cartridges or dispensing equipment. Overnight room temperature cured or with mild heat. It is both BPA and Tin free.

F2 Labs (Booth 600) will unveil its new 10m anechoic chamber in the summer of 2018, in Middlefield, OH. As an accredited compliance testing laboratory, F2 will be available to discuss your compliance testing needs for CE, FCC, FDA 510K, IEC and more. F2 specializes in testing all types of electrical products.

Keene Village Plastics (Booth 512) will exclusively supply FibreTuff PAPC in filament to produce Class I and II components, devices and much more. FibreTuff Medical Biopolymers, LLC has licensed patented and patent pending (PAPC) Polyamide Polyolefin with cellulose formulations for FDM to 3D print in the medical market. Both companies will share space at the conference for product display.

The Hygenic Corporation (Booth 710) is pleased to showcase the HYPERFORM® line of tubing and sheeting, manufactured with a special blend of thermoplastic elastomers that exhibit latex-like properties but do not have any of the latex proteins.
