VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Feb. 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. (NYSE:AHH) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per common share for the first quarter of 2018.  This represents a 5.3% increase over the prior quarter’s cash dividend and the fourth increase in four years, totaling 25% of dividend growth during that period.  The first quarter dividend will be paid in cash on April 5, 2018 to stockholders of record on March 28, 2018.
