• Mexico City: See the Sights & Feed Your Soul from June 16 – 22. This tour will be an immersion into ancient, colonial and modern history, art and architecture. Highlights include staying in the Historic Centre of Mexico City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; climbing the pyramids of Teotihuacan; exploring the floating gardens of Xochimilco; exploring Templo Mayor; bringing the past into the present with a ceremony with a local curandero, a temazcal (sweat bath), and much more.

• Xalapa, Veracruz: Dia de los Muertos from October 26 – November 1. Experience an immersion into the indigenous traditions of Día de los Muertos and find your connection to your ancestors. Both tours are led by Dr. Anne Key and Maria Veronica Iglesias M.A., experts in Mexican culture and spiritual practices. Dr. Key is adjunct faculty in Women’s Studies, English and Religious Studies in New Mexico and California. Her many years of travel and research in Mexico culminated with her dissertation: Death and the Divine: The Cihuateteo, Goddesses in the Mesoamerican Cosmovision. She has authored numerous articles and presentations on Mesoamerica.

Maria Veronica Iglesias was born in Mexico City. She has a Master's Degree in Mesoamerican Studies from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (La Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México). She was initiated as a sahumadora (bearer of the Sacred Sahumerio) when she was 8 years old. She also was instructed in the sacred knowledge of Mesoamerican shamanism and became a Portadora de la Palabra, bearer of the Sacred Word. She is a Priestess of Ix´Cheel, the Mayan Goddess of Medicine.
