Warren is the founder of The Warren Group Architects, Inc. The company specializes primarily in designing industrial and healthcare facilities, from diagnostics and nuclear medicine to medical research laboratories and full hospitals.

Each Warren Group project is a harmony of form and function.

“A lot of architects believe they are artists and that their buildings should look like sculptures,” says Warren. “It's a nightmare to operate and work out of them. It's a bigger nightmare to maintain. And good luck when you try to sell them. Of course, we want to make sure that the building looks good, but they must be operational. We focus on the functional first along with making our buildings beautiful.”

The Warren Group is certified on both sides of the border, as well as South America. The company has worked with 165 developers worldwide

“When people describe our firm, they say, ‘You are more than we expected,’” says Warren. “We listen to our clients at an intimate level. When the building is done, it not only fits their needs like a glove, but it also reflects their vision.

“When clients ask, ‘What is your architectural style?’ I say, ‘Whatever fits you.’ No two projects are alike. My job is to make sure that I deliver what fits them the best in our humble opinion and what is going to endure the test of time.”

Warren says she attributes her success to her Lebanese and Mexican heritage.

“When I was much younger, I was having discussions with my father about people telling me architecture was not a business for women. My father said, ‘If this is for you, follow your passion. Become really good at developing your trade and know how to sell your trade.’ You always have to think that way to be successful.”

“We are a small firm, but when clients see our projects, they think we're a much bigger firm. I just have an incredibly talented group of people who care. May we never forget that when a client walks through that door, they have other options.”
