NEW YORK, Nov. 08, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. (Nasdaq:AFSI) (“AmTrust”) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend per share on the following series of non-cumulative preferred stock:

The preferred dividends will be payable December 15, 2017 to stockholders of record on December 1, 2017.
