Jefferson Lines Resumes Regular Service at the Duluth Transit Center Friday, June 30

/EINPresswire.com/ -- DULUTH, MN--(Marketwired - June 30, 2017) - Jefferson Lines is excited to announce resumed regular service at the Duluth Transit Center (DTC), beginning today June 30, 2017. Service for Duluth continued through Michigan Street construction, the city's first phase effort to upgrade utilities along West Michigan Street, but had many alterations to customer accessibility and boarding. Where Michigan Street construction once was, regular passenger drop off and boarding will now be accessible to the community.

In addition to building accessibility, the Duluth community and local workers can look forward to all public and contract parking to be restored at the DTC July 1, 2017.

In July, Duluth can expect further construction on Michigan Street as the city continues its second phase of utility upgrades along Michigan. However, despite further construction, there will be no impact to the DTC including accessibility and parking. All transit options available, including Jefferson Lines, will serve the Duluth community through their standard boarding and routes.
