On Monday, June 5, at 2 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, speakers from the transportation and energy industries will kick off the U.S. Department of Energy's Hydrogen and Fuel Cells Program and Vehicle Technologies Office Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation Meeting (AMR). The speakers include:

• Daniel Simmons Acting Assistant Secretary, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy U.S. Department of Energy  
• Dr. Joe Powell Chief Scientist – Chemical Engineering Shell  
• Jon Lauckner Chief Technology Officer, VP of Research and Development, and President of GM Ventures General Motors
