Gazprom Neft again named one of the best employers in Russia
Gazprom Neft has been placed second in Russian online recruitment site HeadHunter’s “Best Employers in Russia — 2016” ratings, placing the company among the country’s top three most attractive employers, for the third time, according to HH.ru.
The “Best Employers in Russia” project is now the biggest and most authoritative assessment of company reputations in terms of the effectiveness of their HR system development. The methodology behind the ratings takes into account the views of jobseekers (external evaluation), employees (internal evaluation) and HR specialists (professional evaluation). More than 230 Russian companies took part in the ratings in 2016.
