On January 1, C-Era began its partnership with the community-run, non-profit organization responsible for maintaining green spaces and landscaping for Kincora and working closely with the Kincora Community Association to ensure community concerns are managed efficiently and effectively.   

Kincora is located in northwest Calgary, near the intersection of Stoney Trail and Symons Valley Road. The homeowners' community consists of 1,271 single-family units, 38 duplex units, 84 multi-residential units, and a neighbourhood church.
