Rehabilitation Services Needed at Vanderbilt Mansion National Historic Site

/EINPresswire.com/ -- HYDE PARK, NY--(Marketwired - December 16, 2016) - The Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division of the Federal Highway Administration released on Friday, December 16 further information about an opportunity for small business concerns interested in and capable of providing rehabilitation services for three bridges within the Vanderbilt Mansion National Historic Site.

Rehabilitation services include repairing concrete spalls and deteriorated concrete areas, cleaning and sealing cracks and joints, repairing and repointing stone masonry, and completing other miscellaneous work.

The project is expected to fall within the price range of $100,000 to $500,000.

The Department of Transportation (DOT) will make available to Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) interested in the opportunity working capital financing assistance for transportation related contracts. The DOT's Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers lines of credit of up to $750,000 (with interest at the prime rate) to finance accounts receivable.
