(New York, New York) This holiday season, Candlelighters NYC, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping the families of children diagnosed with and being treated for cancer, is partnering with Peek-A-Boo Publishing Group to gift families books. Operating with the mission, “Because Kids Can’t Fight Cancer Alone,” the organization plays a crucial role in helping affected families with children battling cancer by assisting through all stages of the disease, including discovery, diagnosis, treatment and remission.

Candlelighters NYC is a free service that is open to all families in the New York City area with a child who is currently being treated for cancer by offering emotional and immediate support during difficult times. The main focus of Candlelighters is to provide a support system full of fun and comfort during such an extremely difficult time.
