BrainChip also announced that President and CEO, Louis DiNardo, has been appointed to the Company's board of directors.

Ms. Drossler will be responsible for all aspects of Finance, Legal and Human Resources matters. She previously was founder and President of CDA Services LLC, an accounting firm located in San Francisco, California, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California in San Diego, California.

Mr. DiNardo was appointed as President and CEO of BrainChip September 29, 2016. Mr. DiNardo has previously served as President and CEO, and COO of several NASDAQ and NYSE technology companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursinus College, a Governance and Leadership Fellowship from the National Association of Corporate Directors and a certificate from the Stanford Law School Director's College.
